Thirty minutes. One clear read on what's actually getting in the way of your next move — and whether The Interview Engine is the right next step.
This call has one purpose — give you a sharper read on what's actually getting in your way, and an honest answer on whether we should work together.
Not five takeaways. Not a homework list. One observation about why your search is stalling — the kind that explains the pattern you've been feeling but haven't been able to name.
The Interview Engine isn't for everyone. By the end of the call, you'll know if it's the right next step — and I'll tell you straight if it isn't.
How recruiters and hiring managers are evaluating candidates in today's market — and what that means for how you're showing up in interviews.
It's not a coaching session. It's not a working session. It's not a sales pitch dressed in a free-call wrapper. It's a fit conversation — both directions — so we don't waste each other's time if it isn't a match.
Open the calendar, grab a 30-minute slot that works for you. A short intake form follows — three questions, about ninety seconds.
Thirty focused minutes. I share what I'm seeing, you ask what you need to ask, we both know by the end whether The Interview Engine is the right move.
If we're a fit, I send a tailored proposal within 24 hours. If we're not, you walk away with a sharper read on your search. No follow-up either way.
A done-with-you system to take you from "applying and hearing nothing" to interviewing — and from "interviewing and not landing offers" to closing the role you actually want.
What's Included
Thirty minutes is a real commitment for both of us. The fit check matters.
Pick a time that works, answer three quick questions about where you're at, and we'll talk.
Book My Strategy Call →Is this really free?
Yes. The call exists so we both know whether The Interview Engine is a fit before anyone signs anything. That's worth thirty minutes of my time, and I'd rather have a short honest conversation than a long pitched one.
What should I bring or prepare?
Nothing. The three-question intake gives me what I need to make the thirty minutes useful. If you want to share your LinkedIn URL or a job description you're targeting in the intake, that helps — but it's optional.
Will you try to sell me on the call?
No. I'll tell you whether I think The Interview Engine is a fit. If it is, I send a written proposal within 24 hours so you can decide on your own time. If it isn't, I'll tell you that too — and I won't follow up.
I'm not actively interviewing yet — is this still for me?
If you're planning to interview in the next 3–6 months, yes. The earlier we work on positioning and prep, the bigger the difference when you actually start interviewing. If you're a year out, book it later when the timing's right.
What if I'm at the executive level?
Then this isn't the right call for you. We have a separate Executive Positioning Review Call for directors, VPs, and C-suite leaders that funnels into a different engagement built for that level.
What if I'm not ready right now?
Book the call when you're closer to ready. The free read is most useful when you're actually planning to do something with it.
